Background

What started as a joke during COVID turned into a full-fledged e-commerce experiment. In 2020, my friend JP and I launched The Online State University, a t-shirt line poking fun at our Zoom-era college experience. Inspired by a design we spotted in the campus bookstore (and luckily flying under the cease-and-desist radar), we built a Shopify store, ran Instagram giveaways, and sold out the entire run.
