Mulch Masters LLC

At 16, I started a landscaping with two friends, turning a side gig into a full-scale business. Over five years, we grew to a 15-person team, serviced 300+ homes, and generated $250K in revenue before I even graduated college. What started as a summer hustle became a lesson in entrepreneurship, leadership, and scaling a business from the ground up.

Keller Williams Realty

At 19, mid-pandemic, I got licensed and dove into real estate. I built a personal brand on trust and transparency, landing my first $155K residential deal through nothing but social media and strong relationships. From generating leads to handing over keys, I learned to manage clients, negotiate confidently, and hold my own as the youngest agent in the room.

Red Bull

At 20, I joined Red Bull, drawn in by the Mini Cooper, but hooked by the energy of the role. I activated the brand across Columbus through 3,000+ one-on-one interactions, building real connections through sampling, events, and grassroots engagement. I learned how to bring a global brand to life at a local level. One meaningful moment at a time.

MyoGlove

At 21, a passion project I helped launch grew into a full-fledged startup. Working alongside an OhioHealth physician, our team developed MyoGlove, a therapeutic device for myofascial release. The concept won a People’s Choice Award and led to a partnership with Ohio State Athletics—demonstrating what’s possible when innovation meets execution.

At 22 years old, what began as my first full-time role became a crash course in leadership and problem-solving. At Epic, I managed multi-hospital software implementations, leading cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and delivering systems that powered real-world healthcare. It was fast-paced, high-stakes work, and proof that I could thrive under pressure.
